Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

1lb Cod
1 cup mayonnaise
2 heaping tablespoons Dill Weed
1 cap full Dry Vermouth
1 head cabbage chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
small flour tortillas
salsa of choice

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise, dill weed, and Vermouth. Coat fish and pan fry till done. Make tacos and enjoy.

Helpful Hints & Tips:

My favorite salsa to use on these tacos is a Tomatillo Salsa.
