Tomatilla Salsa

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs Tomatillos
1 large white onion
1 or 2 Serrano peppers
1 tablespoon salt
1 bunch cilantro

Directions:

Shuck and wash tomatillos, cut in half. Remove outer husk of onion and cut into 1/4's. Remove stems from peppers. Use only the leaves of cilantro. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process. Drain off most of the liquid.

Helpful Hints & Tips:

Use as a condiment on Fish tacos, eggs, and meat dishes.
