- You need the IP address, Subnet mask,
Gateway and DNS numbers you were given to complete this configuration.

| How to Configure Cal.net DSL with static IP
in Windows 2000 |
- Double-click the My Computer icon.
- Double-click the Control Panel icon.
- Double-click the Network and Dial-Up Connections icon.
- Click the Local Area Connection icon with your right mouse button,
then choose Properties.
- Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the Components
checked are used by this connection list.
- Click the Properties button.
- Select Use the following IP address.
- In the IP address field, type the IP address you have been
assigned.
- In the Subnet mask field, type the subnet mask you were given.
- Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
- In the Preferred DNS server field, type 206.170.184.2.
- In the Alternate DNS server field, type 206.170.184.4.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the OK button and restart your computer.
