| Requirements |
- You need the IP address, Subnet mask,
Gateway and DNS numbers you were given to complete this configuration.

- From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
- Click the Network and Internet Connections icon.

- Click the Network Connections icon.

- Right-click on the Local Area Connection icon and choose Properties
from the pop-up menu.

- Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the This connection
uses the following items list.
- Click the Properties button.

- Select Use the following IP address.
- In the IP address field, type the IP address you have been assigned.
Note: 192.168.1.2 is used as a sample
IP address. Yours will be different.
- In the Subnet mask field, type the Subnet Mask you were given.
- In the Default gateway field, type the gateway address you have been assigned
Note: 192.168.1.1 is used as a sample
gateway address
- Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
- In the Preferred DNS server field, type 206.170.184.2.
- Alternate DNS server field, type 206.170.184.4.
- Click the OK button.

- Click the Close button.

- Close all windows and restart your computer.
